How to Vote

Each Holy Cross Energy consumer who has either a residential or business electric account in their name, will be mailed an election packet containing a ballot, information about the Director Candidates and voting instructions on May 7th or shortly thereafter. 

Simply mark your ballot according to the voting instructions, place your ballot in the secrecy sleeve and return it using the pre-paid return envelope.  Don't forget to sign the certification statement on the back of the envelope. You have the option of casting your ballot electronically or in person at the Annual Meeting of Members.

All ballots need to be received by mail no later than June 3rd.  To be safe, please mail your ballot a few days early so that it arrives in time.

Election results will be announced at the Holy Cross Annual Meeting of Members held on June 5th at the Buttermilk Mountain Lodge starting at 5pm.  The Buttermilk Mountain Lodge is located at the base area of the Buttermilk Ski area just south of the Aspen Airport.
