About Holy Cross Energy

Holy Cross Energy is a not for profit, Member owned Cooperative Electric Utility serving nearly 61,500 consumers in Eagle, Garfield and Pitkin Counties.

As a Cooperative, Holy Cross is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors who are democratically elected from and by Holy Cross member/consumers.  Each Director represents one of three Director districts within Holy Cross's service territory and is elected for a four-year term.  Each Director must reside within the district he or she represents.  Directors are elected by general ballot cast by member/consumers from all three districts.
